The Perfect Lake House Rental!
Union House’s master bedroom features a king-size bed with a high-end Serta mattress. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks and a large, walk-in shower. The second of three bedrooms has a queen-size bed, 55″ TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two full-size bunk beds and a twin-size trundle. All new and ready for you to enjoy!

Hungry? No problem. Upstairs you’ll find a beverage and snack bar outside the bedrooms. Downstairs features a well-equipped kitchen designed for people who love to cook! Amenities include a double oven, convection/microwave oven, Ninja blender/food processer, toaster, Keurig and numerous kitchen gadgets.

Union House has public parking in front of the house and at least three spots behind the house as well.

Union House has room for the whole family and more with sleeping arrangements for nine and room for air mattresses as well.

This kitchen is designed for a cook! It’s stocked with handy appliances like a blender/food processor, double oven, and air fryer.
Washer & Dryer
The last thing you should worry about on vacation is running out of clean clothes. Union House features brand new, high capacity LG washer and dryer.
2 Pools & a Hot Tub
Enjoy the Boulevard pool and hot tub, just a few blocks from Union House. Or walk to the Tower Pool, which includes a splash pool.

Union House has been the home to many highly competitive card games, Monopoly tournaments, and Scrabble games.

Emergencies come up, even on vacation. Quickly connect via wifi to a multi-function, color printer and scanner.
Coffee Makers
Life’s too short to drink bad coffee! Union House features a dual Keurig/Regular coffee maker downstairs and a second Keurig coffee bar steps from each bedroom.

Checkin & Checkout
Checkin is at 4 pm and Checkout is at 11 am. Summers are busy and we typically can’t accommodate early check-ins.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 10 days prior to arrival.
Lake House Rules
- Please try to limit loud noises after 10 pm.
- Pickup after your pet in the yard.
- Please leave the pool fob on the kitchen island. A $50 replacement fee will be charged if it’s missing.
- Help yourself to coffee, snacks, candy and beverages but please dispose of all wrappers.
- Return all games, toys and sporting equipment so the next guest can enjoy them too.

Kayaks & Paddle Boards
Looking to explore on the water? Head down to The Kayak Shack located between the Town Green and Beach. Rentals include: kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas and chairs, life jackets, and lily pads. Hours are Seasonal.
