The Perfect Lake House Rental!

Union House’s master bedroom features a king-size bed with a high-end Serta mattress. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks and a large, walk-in shower. The second of three bedrooms has a queen-size bed, 55″ TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two full-size bunk beds and a twin-size trundle. All new and ready for you to enjoy!

Hungry? No problem. Upstairs you’ll find a beverage and snack bar outside the bedrooms. Downstairs features a well-equipped kitchen designed for people who love to cook! Amenities include a double oven, convection/microwave oven, Ninja blender/food processer, toaster, Keurig and numerous kitchen gadgets.

 Verified We have stayed in Carlton Landing 10+ times and this location was our favorite. It’s right next-door to the meeting house and gave our kids easy access to come and go as a pleased. Danielle had a really fun snack bar on the second level of the home which the kids appreciated a great deal. Would recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

 Verified We had a wonderful stay at Danielle’s home. It was lovely, clean and well-stocked with snacks and games for our two little girls! It is right next to the meeting house, which was so convenient for food and coffee. The golf cart was a game changer to get our family around the community! Check in/out was seamless and Danielle was a fantastic host, checking in on us multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we were happy. Full refund 10 days prior to arrival.

Checkin & Checkout

Checkin is at 4 pm and Checkout is at 11 am. Summers are busy and we typically can’t accommodate early check-ins.

Lake House Rules

Please try to limit loud noises after 10 pm.
Pickup after your pet in the yard.
Please leave the pool fob on the kitchen island. A $50 replacement fee will be charged if it’s missing.
Help yourself to coffee, snacks, candy and beverages but please dispose of all wrappers.
Return all games, toys and sporting equipment so the next guest can enjoy them too.
